Serves 4
Ingredients:
2 | Tbsp | Soy Sauce | ||

Honey Ginger White Balsamic |

1 | Tbsp | Honey | ||
2 | Tbsp | Avocado Oil | ||
1 | lb | Shishito Peppers | ||
1 | each | Garlic clove, minced | ||
1 | tsp | Ginger fresh, minced |
Directions:
- In a small bowl whisk together soy sauce, Honey Ginger White Balsamic and honey. Set aside.
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Add shishito peppers and saute until skins are brown and blistered for 7-10 minutes.
- Add in garlic and ginger and cook until fragrant 30 seconds. Remove from heat
- Pour soy sauce mixture over the shishitos in the skillet, it will bubble and thicken. Toss to coat. Serve warm.
