Pasta Tagliolini Algio e Olio
|1||lb||Tagliolini Pasta, or any preferred shape|
|1/2||Cup||Tuscan Herb Olive Oil||*Olive Morada|
|2-4||Each||Garlic Cloves, thinly sliced|
|1/4||tsp||Crushed red pepper flakes|
|1/4||cup||Basil, sliced thin|
|1/4||cup||Parsely, chopped finely|
|1/4||cup||Paremesan, grated||*For serving|
- Salt a large pot of water for pasta, cook according to package directions. Reserve ½ cup pasta water.
- In a large pan add Tuscan Herb Olive Oil, garlic and red pepper flakes, bring to medium heat and cook until fragrant and golden for about 3 minutes.
- Transfer drained pasta into olive oil mixture and stir vigorously. Slowly add in hot reserved pasta water.
- Toss pasta with basil, parsley and parmesan.
