Easy Squeezy Balsamic Sweet Potatoes
Bake a batch of sweet potatoes that will be a crowd pleaser! Healthy and full of flavor.
- 1 tablespoon Olive Morada Blood Orange Olive Oil
- 2 medium sweet potatoes
- 1-2 teaspoons of Olive Morada Balsamic - Vanilla or Pineapple would be an amazing choice
- Parmesan cheese (optional)
Preheat oven to 450°
Lightly brush a baking sheet with Olive Morada Blood Orange Olive Oil
Scrub potatoes and leave unpeeled and sliced into wide strips. Arrange potatoes onto baking sheet
so they do not touch. Brush the potatoes lightly with Blood Orange Olive Oil and roast in upper part
of preheated oven, turning once with a spatula. Turn once, cook for 18-22 minutes, until crispy and golden.
Drizzle with balsamic vinegar to taste and serve. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese if desired.
