Serves 2


1 each Leek, cleaned and choppedwhite and light green parts
1 each Carrot, Large, peeled and chopped small
2 cup Shiitake mushrooms, chopped small
1.5 lbs Chicken, Ground Sub. Turkey
1 tbsp Garlic Olive Oil Olive Morada
1 8 oz Water chestnuts, diced
2 tbsp Honey Ginger White Balsamic Vinegar Olive Morada
2 tbsp Soy sauce
1/4 cup Hoisin sauce More to taste
1 head Butter lettuce leaves, cleaned
Chow mein or Saifun Bean threads Optional,
Sriracha Optional


  1. Saute leek, carrot, celery and mushrooms in “Garlic infused olive oil” Olive Morada for 3 minutes, add chicken and brown 5- 7 additional minutes.
  2. Stir in water chestnuts, “Honey Ginger infused White Balsamic” Olive Morada, soy sauce and Hoisin sauce and simmer for 5 minutes.
  3. Serve with lettuce leaves, fill each one with the chicken mixture and top with chow mein noodles or fried Saifun threads.
  4. Garnish with Sriracha
  5. Enjoy!
