Spinach and Smoked Salmon Salad Ingredients


The ingredients for this salad are simple and easy to find.

6-8 oz smoked salmon

4 cups of baby spinach

1 tomato

1 ripe avocado

½ cup pine nuts

1 tsp black sesame seeds

Salt and pepper to taste

1 lime for garnish


For the dressing.


1/3 cup Olive Morada Persian Lime Olive Oil

3 tablespoons of Cranberry Pear Balsamic


Spinach and Smoked Salmon Salad Instructions:


Combine your greens, sliced tomato, sliced avocado, pine nuts and smoked salmon in a bowl. 


Sprinkle over black sesame seeds.


Whisk olive oil and balsamic vinegar in a separate bowl.


Add a dash of salt and pepper to taste.
