Pasta Tagliolini Algio e Olio

Serves 6

Ingredients:

1lbTagliolini Pasta, or any preferred shape
1/2CupTuscan Herb Olive Oil*Olive Morada
2-4EachGarlic Cloves, thinly sliced
1/4tspCrushed red pepper flakes
1/4cupBasil, sliced thin
1/4cupParsely, chopped finely
1/4cupParemesan, grated*For serving

Directions:

  1. Salt a large pot of water for pasta, cook according to package directions. Reserve ½ cup pasta water.
  2. In a large pan add Tuscan Herb Olive Oil, garlic and red pepper flakes, bring to medium heat and cook until fragrant and golden for about 3 minutes.
  3. Transfer drained pasta into olive oil mixture and stir vigorously. Slowly add in hot reserved pasta water.
  4. Toss pasta with basil, parsley and parmesan.
  5. Enjoy!
