Honey Ginger Shishitos

Serves 4

Ingredients:

2TbspSoy Sauce
1TbspHoney Ginger White Balsamic
*Olive Morada
1TbspHoney
2TbspAvocado Oil
1lbShishito Peppers
1eachGarlic clove, minced
1tspGinger fresh, minced

Directions:

  1. In a small bowl whisk together soy sauce, Honey Ginger White Balsamic and honey. Set aside.
  2. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Add shishito peppers and saute until skins are brown and blistered for 7-10 minutes.
  3. Add in garlic and ginger and cook until fragrant 30 seconds. Remove from heat
  4. Pour soy sauce mixture over the shishitos in the skillet, it will bubble and thicken. Toss to coat. Serve warm.
  5. Enjoy!
