A light and healthy meal with easy preparation.
- 4 boneless chicken breast cut into bite sized pieces
- 1/4 Olive Morada Garlic Olive Oil
- 1/4 Olive Morada Honey Ginger Balsamic
- 1/4 Honey
- 2 tsp minced garlic
- salt and pepper to taste
- 5 cup broccoli floret
Combine all ingredients to large zipper bag or bowl. Coat pan with olive oil
To cook - pour mixture onto baking sheet.
Roast in oven at 400° for 20-25 mins or until chicken is cooked through
Serve over rice if desired.
